Sometimes it can be an overwhelming task to translate thousands of products into multiple languages. Fortunately, there are apps like Google Translate that can help with this. Through their algorithms and massive datasets, they can easily create translations for all product texts, names, and more.
What is Google Translate?
Google Translate is a service provided by Google that can help translate texts into many languages. Through their REST API, these translations can be generated. The service is essentially free as long as you stay within their daily limits. If you have a large volume of product texts that need frequent updates, it may be necessary to upgrade your account.
Since you can save many hours and thus employee resources, Google Translate is a very small expense in that context.
How to get started?
Google Translate is available as an app on Indexed PIM. Once installed, you can specify the source and target languages for translation.
The Google app is free to use in Indexed PIM as long as the daily limit is not exceeded. However, the limit is more than a thousand per day.
