How it works in the app
Brands have their own module with entity, repository, controller, custom field values, import, export, bulk create, and mass update flows. Products link to a managed brand entity instead of storing brand names as loose text.
That makes this a master-data feature in the codebase: reusable brand records that can be maintained once and referenced across products, imports, and storefront filters.
