How it works in the app
Collaboration is practical but narrower than some marketing labels. Teams share company-scoped data, employee permissions, internal order comments, revision history, ticket communication, and workflow logs.
I did not find a generic mention engine, product comment thread system, or social activity feed for every entity, so these pages explain the existing shared-workspace and audit model honestly.
